This service is designed to provide brief answers to factual questions or to direct you to resources that can help you answer a more involved question. For more involved questions, you may use the Library's Reference by Appointment service.

We respond to your question within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Questions submitted on a weekend or holiday may take a little longer. Sometimes our response will ask you for additional information or clarification of your question.
