High School Volunteer | Grades 9-12 | Timeframe: September-June Help with Library-related tasks, cleaning, and events. Commitment: 4-10 hours per school year To apply: Complete an application at Circulation. |
Junior Friends of the Library (JFOL) | Grades 7-12 | Timeframe: September-June Help with/plan Library programs by participating in JFOL – meets on the first Monday of each month. Commitment: 15+ hours and $5 annual membership fee To apply: Contact JFOL |
Teen Summer Reading Volunteers | Grades 7-12 | Timeframe: June-August Assist with teen and children’s programs and Summer Reading Club registration/logging. Commitment: Varies To apply: Register in May using the Library events calendar; spots fill up quickly. |
VolunTEEN Book Reviewers | Grades 6-12 | Timeframe: September-June Read a teen book published within the last 12 months and write a review. Commitment: 3-15 hours per school year To apply: Write a review online – 3 hours per review |
VolunTEENS | Grades 6-8 | Timeframe: September-June Help the Youth Services librarian with library-related tasks, or participate in community service projects for other organizations. Commitment: up to 15 hours per school year To apply: Register for events through the Library events calendar. |
Donate
Monetary donations in memory or in honor of a loved one are gratefully accepted. Donations may be used to purchase materials, equipment, or sponsor programs. Donation forms are available at Circulation or print a completed form and bring it with you to the Library.
Book donations are accepted by the Friends of the Library.
